Will Smith has been rewarded for slapping Chris Rock by being told he doesn’t have to attend the Oscars for the next ten years.

Smith, the star of such movies as “Wild Wild West”, “Seven Pounds” and “That Golf One”, will not have to attend the long-winded celebrity jerkfest for a decade.

“You mean I won’t have to hear some actor blabbing on about saving the planet after they just flew in on a private jet?

“Or a violent man claiming to be a vessel for love. Wait, scratch that last one,” Smith told the media.

Chris Rock has now been warned to be on the lookout for other actors attempting to slap him to get out of attending the ceremony.
