Katie Hopkins has won second prize in a beauty contest after she was the only woman to enter the competition.

Organisers of the Miss Alt-Right UK contest were said to be disappointed by both the lack of entries as well as the quality.

‘We’d hoped this event would bring some of the most beautiful members of the alt-right out. All we got was Katie Hopkins though,’ said one organiser.

The judges, in good conscience, quickly realised they couldn’t name Katie Hopkins the winner of anything resembling a beauty contest. Instead, they awarded her second place and a cash prize of £10.

Sadly for Katie, the entry fee was £500, leaving her £490 out of pocket.

‘I needed a fucking win here. I’m in debt up to my eyeballs and the work has dried up. No-one else knows what it’s like to be discriminated against like this,’ she cried.
