A Doja Cat concert was cancelled mid-song after the rapper became distracted by a laser pointer and began chasing the laser across the stage.

Halfway through a performance of her hit song “Say So”, a laser appeared on stage, which caused Doja Cat to become completely fixated on it.

Eyewitness report that Doja Cat immediately dropped her microphone and began chasing the laser pointer across the stage until members of her management team dragged her away, many of whom received scratches in the process.

After twenty minutes of waiting, disappointed fans were told that Doja Cat would not be returning to the stage and that the concert was cancelled.

“The only way to calm Doja Cat down is to give her a bowl of warm cream. It makes her very sleepy though, so she was unable to perform afterwards,” said a member of her team.

Doja Cat has since apologised for the cancellation on social media but has told audience members not to bring laser pointers to her concerts in the future.

“This will happen every single time,” she warned.
