‘Cyberpunk 2077’ will be a historical look back at how humans used to live by the time it’s released after the release date was pushed back yet again.
While ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ was originally supposed to be futuristic sci-fi game, it could very well become a reminder of human history by the time it’s actually released to the public.
Developer CD Projekt Red pushed back the release date to improve some of the game mechanics and could now hold back ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ for the foreseeable future.
‘We want to make sure that this game is absolutely perfect,’ said a spokesperson. ‘If that means not releasing it until 2177, so be it. Games that focus on historical times like “Red Dead Redemption 2”, “Assassin’s Creed” and “Sonic the Hedgehog” have proven immensely popular.’
Gamers have taken the news that ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ won’t be released next month with the dignity and maturity that they are known for.
‘I respect CD Projekt Red’s decision to hold back the game until they’re 100% satisfied with it. These are real people working on this game as we can’t expect them to work 24/7 just to fulfil our desire to play the game before we die,’ said @FartKnocker69
