Vladimir Putin has slammed Boris Johnson’s statement that Russia needs to pull its troops out of the Ukrainian border, saying “Boris Johnson has no right to tell anyone when to pull out.”
With the situation between Russia and Ukraine still incredibly tense, Putin has warned Johnson not to stick his nose, or any other appendage, into Russia’s business.
“We appreciate all that Prime Minister Boris Johnson has done to help us destabilise the West but that doesn’t give him the right to comment on our current situation.
“If you look at his track record as a man, Boris Johnson has no right to tell anyone when to pull out. I doubt he’s ever pulled out in his entire life.
“If we wanted Mr Johnson’s opinion on the matter, we’d send a representative with £160k to play tennis with him and tell him what his opinion is,” said Putin.
We reached out to Boris Johnson for a response but his secretary told us he was currently “balls deep in a work event”, whatever that means.
