Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that he’s expecting his sixth or seventh child and that he and his partner are now engaged.

A grim-faced Johnson revealed to the press that his partner Carrie Symonds is pregnant and is expected to give birth in the summer.

‘Yeah. She’s pregnant. It’s come as a bit of a shock to me but there we go. I guess I’ll have to marry her and all that. This’ll be my sixth or seventh child that I know of,’ he told the press.

The marriage between Johnson and Symonds is expected to take place this spring before the future Mrs Johnson gives birth in summer.

Boris has admitted that he doesn’t know how he’s going to find the time to run the country through this tumultuous period while ignoring another child.

‘Five or six children were difficult enough to ignore, six or seven will be a nightmare,’ he said.
