Facebook has shared a selection of Mark Zuckerberg’s baby photos in an effort to distract from recent scandals and make their CEO seem more relatable.

The set of baby photos was posted to Facebook this morning and automatically shared with every user on the social media giant.

The photos include one of when Mark first hatched, one of him lying on his favourite rock and one of Mark moving into a spacious new terrarium.

Some Facebook users have called the photos “heartwarming”, while others have referred to them as “terrifying”.

“The last thing Facebook needs is more photos of babies,” posted Andy Pearson, a unicyclist from Reading.

While Elizabeth Windsor replied, “Aww! He reminds me of my children when they were young.”
